Summer Course Foundation Board

The Board is the supreme governing, administration and representation body of the Foundation, appointed subject to the provisions of these By-Laws and other applicable regulations.

It will be responsible for all management tasks as well as monitoring the management of the Foundation required to achieve the foundational purposes and to administer the assets and rights that comprise the assets of the Foundation.

Organising Committee

The organising committee will be designated by the Board of Trustees, and by the Presidency of the Foundation in urgent cases, reporting this to the same.

    • Approval of technical Regulations and Definitive Programme for each year of the Courses
    • Ensure the proper financing of the same.
    • Approve the Activity Report.
    • Monitor activity

Programme committee

The board of trustees will appoint the members of the Programme Committee on an annual basis, reporting their decision to the Governing Board of the University of the Basque Country. Relevant people must be appointed, ensuring a balanced representation of the different scientific areas, if applicable.
