Programme

The UPV/EHU Summer Courses Foundation organises different activities:

  • Summer Courses:

Formation Courses that are held between June and September with the aim of deepening and/or broadening knowledge in subjects of interest. In 2021 we commemorate the 40th edition of the Summer Courses, the programme for the year will be published in April and registration will be opened on that date..

  • Online courses:

The Foundation offers a program of Online Courses throughout the year that are carried out with the support of the Moodle platform. They are asynchronous courses, that is, students can do the course at their own pace within the deadlines set by the course. These courses offer - in some cases- optional live online sessions (once a week) that are recorded and left on the platform if the students are unable to attend at the time. The offer is constantly updated: See programme

  • Workshops/Congresses:

Meetings of specialists who intend to develop and present research, theories, experiences and "Know-how". They are held throughout the year and are published as proposals are accepted. See programme

1 - Summer Courses

They are held between June and September

They can be of two types:

  • Face-to-face Summer Course with the possibility of participating live online (ZOOM):

It is a Summer Course that is taught in person and is transmitted live via Zoom. This modality allows two different enrolment options depending on how you want to participate: enrolment to attend in person and enrolment to participate live online through the Zoom platform. Each format has its own Course code and attendance control, so they are not interchangeable..

  • Live online Summer Course (via ZOOM):

It is a live online Summer Course offered through the Zoom platform. Students and teachers participate online live.

The 2021 programme will be published in April.

2 - Online long term Courses

The online Courses programme is created based on the face-to-face Summer Courses which are adapted to the online methodology in order to make the contents of the face-to-face Summer Courses available to a wider audience.

This offer is complemented by courses developed with our main collaborators.

Online courses are developed throughout the year and are designed with a friendly methodology on Moodle. Live online sessions can be programmed via ZOOM.

The minimum duration is 30 hours. In the card of each online course the duration and the methodology are specified.

The secretariat of the Summer Courses supports students in the follow-up of the course.

The offer is continuously being updated. It can be accessed through the main web search engine or by clicking on:
