The use of computational tools to unveil the molecular mechanism of molecular proceses is a fundamental area of reserach that is revolutionazing the way we analyze biology and chemistry in general. In the present conference we will consider the most advanced topics in the field and will be an oppportunity for the encounter of experimentalist and theorists. The topics of THEOBIO17 includes both methological development and applications in the field of biophysics including:

•  Molecular Dynamics and Monte Carlo Methods

    •       Metal-Bioligand interactions

    •       Continuumelectrostatics

    •       Mesoscopic coarse grained systems

    •       EnzymeCatalysis

    •       Homology modeling

    •       Docking/drug design

    •       Quantum Chemistry and QM/MM methods .

International Conference on state-of-the-art methods and applications on the computational modeling of biochemical and biophysical systems, comprising from all-atom highly accurate electronic structure calculations to the simulation of mesoscopic systems with coarse-grained method.
