This workshop continues the series of workshops “Topology meets quantum optics 2021 (online)” and “Topological Photonics 2022 (San Sebastian, Spain) and Topological Photonics 2024 (Madrid, Spain). The 2025 meeting will bring together scientists exploring topics such as topological photonic crystals, topological metamaterials, non-Hermitian topology, topological light-matter interfaces, directional amplifiers, topological protection of non-classical states of light, as well as topological effects in other classical non-classical systems.

The field of quantum computing is on the brink of transformative advancements, driven by tangible progress in hardware development. As we enter the era of pre-fault-tolerant quantum devices, the potential for addressing complex quantum systems, once confined to theoretical realms, is becoming increasingly concrete. This conference aims to foster a collaborative environment where scientists from diverse backgrounds, including large-scale quantum experiments, classical approximation methods, and quantum algorithms, can come together to explore the implications of this hardware progress.

El XXXV Congreso Internacional de la Sociedad Española de Psicología Comparada (SEPC) continúa la tradición de ser una de las principales reuniones europeas para profesionales que realizan investigaciones de vanguardia sobre la cognición en humanos y animales.

Glaziarrak aire libreko liburutegiak dira, planetaren iraganeko artxibo naturalak eta egungo klima-aldaketaren adierazleak. Zerua, beraz, izotzean dago. Konposizio atmosferikoa, aire-burbuilak, sumendien erupzioak, Saharako hautsa… dena erregistratzen da denboran atzera egin zuten gertaeren testigantza gisa, baita gaur egun ere. 

The Theoretical Chemistry and Computational Modeling: 25 years promoting excellence in science symposia has as an objective to get together European scientists of the theoretical chemistry area that have been involved on the homonymous Master that is celebrating the 25^th anniversary.

The first edition of the international workshop CINERAMA25 aims at exploring the forefront of nonlinear photocurrents and magnetism by bringing together a leading group of international researchers, in addition to students, postdocs and other participants to share the latest contributions on cutting-edge topics including but not limited to, the bulk photovoltaic effect, the geometric and topological nature of magneto-optical responses, Floquet physics, van der Waals magnets, orbital and spin-orbital textures and altermagnetism.

In 2025, the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) will celebrate its 50^th anniversary. Throughout these five decades, it has played a pivotal role both in the advancement of scientific research and in promoting a culture of innovation in Donostia-San Sebastián and the Basque Country. Four highly relevant research centers have emerged from the work of its scientists, namely, CIDETEC, Donostia International Physics Center (DIPC), Materials Physics Center (CMF/MFZ) and POLYMAT.
