The origins and development of environmental law

Environmental law makes up one of the branches of law that has seen the greatest growth in recent decades. An exponent of this is the legal framework of the European Union.

The talk deals with the origin and development of environmental law, in terms of both its principles and the main provisions of which it is made up. Nevertheless, environmental law is subject to different influences coming on the one hand from known reality, like the task of jurisprudence, and on the other from the political options determined by parliaments. All this means that environmental law is subject to significant variations for the purposes of adapting to a reality that is also changing.
