Ernesto Morales has developed his professional career in the fields of community action, solidarity economy, social services and citizen participation. In his talk at the Summer Course he spoke about community action and its construction from the margins, empowerment, inclusion and the improvement of living conditions.
Jakoba Errekondo, landscape gardener and agronomist
Jakoba is a member of the Bizi Baratzea project and author of several books on horticulture.
In the Summer Course, he focused on the challenges of sustainable and independent gastronomy and new forms of consumption, the future of quality artisan products and collaboration between chefs and producers.
