Dr. Marta Enciso-Santocildes is a Professor and member of the Private Law Department at the University of Deusto’s Law School in Bilbao since 1993. She lectures in Accounting and Financial Statements on the Bachelor’s degree in Law and Accounting I on the Double degree programme in Law and Labour Relations. She also teaches on the School’s Master's Degree in Business Law. Marta holds a degree in Law with a specialism in Economics (1986-1991) and a PhD in Law from the University of Deusto (2001, awarded cum laude). She is a researcher in the fields of Cooperativism, Social and Solidarity Economy and Social Innovation in local and international competitive projects and belongs to the Development, Economy and Social Innovation for People (EDISPe) research team, recognised by the Basque Government since 2006 with category B status. She is a member of the Institute of Cooperative Studies at the University of Deusto. She has edited several books and has published book chapters and papers in scientific journals in her specialist areas. She has been a guest lecturer at universities in Latvia, Finland, Colombia, Brazil, the Netherlands and Italy.

President of the Confederation of Cooperatives of Euskadi-KONFEKOOP since 2015, being the first woman to hold the position and to lead an intersectoral business organization in the Basque Country. Graduated in Economic and Business Sciences, specializing in Business, from the University of the Basque Country, she soon showed her concern for the cooperative world and the social economy, focusing her postgraduate studies on these areas. She has chaired the Basque Social Economy Network-EGES since 2015. She is vice-president and director of the Economic-Financial area of ​​the cooperative group Grupo Servicios Sociales Integrados-GRUPO SSI- since 1998 and president of the SSI Silver Hub S. Coop Group. since 2018. Likewise, it has representation in various bodies linked to KONFEKOOP and is a member of the plenary session of the Higher Council of Cooperatives of Euskadi, among others.

Currently a member of the Management of the "European Euskal Herriko Ikastolak cooperative", which brings together 113 teaching cooperatives and where he is responsible for personnel management and Labor Relations of the group. Graduated in Teaching, Mr. Olabarria has spent more than 20 years related to the educational world in his cooperative Urretxu-Zumarraga Ikastola, where he has taught, managed tasks and as Economic Manager of the same. During 2006-2009 he was Director of Centers, in the Department of Education of the Basque Government. Since 2011, he has combined his work at EHI e.k., with that of Coordinator of the 89 cooperatives of the KONFEKOOP Education Sector Group, Confederation of Cooperatives of Euskadi, an organization that brings together 1,400 cooperatives, and of which he is also its vice-president. He is also a member of several Governing Councils, Administration Councils or Plenary Sessions of different private and public entities. Since 2019 he has been President of the SUPERIOR COUNCIL OF COOPERATIVES of Euskadi, a public entity made up of representatives of the Basque Government, the three Basque Universities, the three Provincial Councils and the Basque Cooperative Movement.
