Description

Uda Ikastaroa aurrez aurre ospatuko da eta online zuzenean parte hartzeko aukera ere egongo da ZOOM bidez. Matrikula prozesuan nola parte hartuko duzun aukeratu: aurrez-aurre edota online zuzenean.

Uda Ikastaro honen bidez, tokian tokiko elikagaiak balorean jarri nahi ditugu, kalitatea, elikagari-segurtasuna eta jasangarritasuna sustatuz.

Horretarako, Frantzia eta Kataluiniako bi hizlari izango ditugu, beraien esperientziak kontatzeko. Jarraian, Euskal Herriko hainbat esperientzia izango ditugu, mahai-inguru batean elkarrekin hausnarketa egin eta publikoaren partaidetza sustatuz, erreflexio amankomuna egin ahal izateko.

Ikastaro honetan, elikadura katea osatzen dute eragile eta kontsumitzaileak bildu nahi ditugu, eta esperientzia ezberdinak ezagutu eta bideak irekitzen lagundu nahi diegu.

Guarantee sustainable modalities of consumption and production. Key issues: sustainable management and efficient use of natural resources, reduction of chemical particles released to the atmosphere, water and soils, reduction of waste products, recycling, reuse and reduction, sustainable practices, sustainable public procurement, sustainable lifestyles, rationalisation of inefficient subsidies for fossil fuels.
